About me

I’m a transformation and programme leader with over a decade of experience working across complex, multi-stakeholder environments — helping organisations bring clarity, structure and momentum to change.

My work sits at the point where strategy meets delivery — supporting organisations to move from intent and planning into coordinated, purposeful action.

My experience includes stepping into complex or high-pressure environments to provide structure, clarity and direction — helping teams establish grip and move forward with confidence.

My background

My experience is rooted in the NHS and public sector, with an approach that applies across charities, community organisations and the private sector, including small and medium-sized businesses.

While the context varies, the underlying challenges are often similar:

  • lack of clarity
  • disconnected ways of working
  • difficulty turning plans into consistent progress

Qualifications & Professional Memberships

I bring over a decade of experience in complex transformation environments, underpinned by formal training in programme, portfolio and change management.

Including MSP, PRINCE2, MoP, QSIR and Lean Six Sigma, alongside a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Innovation, leadership and line management development training, and experience as a registered NHS mentor. I am also a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the Change Management Institute (CMI), and a proud full member of the Association for Project Management (APM).

What I care about

I’m particularly interested in creating the conditions where:

  • stakeholders feel able to engage, contribute and take ownership
  • work is visible, structured and connected
  • progress is consistent, practical and sustainable over time

My values & behaviours

I value clarity, integrity and meaningful impact. I am driven by a need to make things make sense — particularly in complex environments where people are working hard but not always moving forward as effectively as they could.

I care about how people experience their work. When people are clear on what they are doing, why they are doing it, and how they contribute, they are more confident, more engaged and more effective.

I bring a calm, grounded presence into complex or pressured situations, and focus on creating environments where people feel able to contribute, take ownership and move things forward.

These values have developed through my experience of working in large, often pressured systems — seeing both what happens when things are unclear, and what becomes possible when clarity, structure and alignment are introduced.

What motivates me

I am motivated by turning complexity into something clear, structured and deliverable.

I am at my best when I can take something that feels fragmented or overwhelming — whether that is a programme, a team dynamic or a system challenge — and create a coherent way forward that people can understand and act on.

I am particularly motivated by seeing tangible progress, including:

  • improved flow
  • stronger engagement
  • clearer governance
  • more confident teams

Autonomy is important to me. I work best when I have the space to think, structure and shape work properly, while working closely with others to ensure what is created is practical and usable.

My value statement

I am a transformation consultant who helps organisations bring clarity, structure and momentum to complex challenges — enabling teams to move forward with confidence and deliver meaningful, sustainable outcomes.
