Bringing fragmented delivery into a single, coordinated programme

The situation
An organisation operating across multiple sites was experiencing fragmented delivery, unclear priorities and limited visibility of progress. Teams were working hard, but not in a coordinated way, and leadership lacked a clear line of sight across activity.

What I did
I designed and established a single programme structure to bring together multiple workstreams into a coherent approach.
This included:

  • creating governance and reporting structures that made delivery visible
  • clarifying roles, responsibilities and accountability
  • working closely with senior and operational stakeholders to align priorities and expectations
  • introducing practical mechanisms to track progress and manage risk

Alongside this, I focused on building strong working relationships across teams — helping people move from siloed working to shared ownership of delivery.

The impact

  • Improved organisational grip, visibility and decision-making
  • Greater alignment across teams and sites
  • More consistent, structured delivery
  • Measurable improvements in performance and outcomes

Making change stick — not just land

The situation
A programme introducing new systems and ways of working was struggling to gain traction. While the technical solution was in place, adoption was inconsistent and teams were reverting to previous behaviours.

What I did
I focused on the human and practical side of implementation — recognising that successful change depends on engagement, clarity and confidence.

This included:

  • facilitating structured sessions to align stakeholders and address concerns
  • clarifying expectations, roles and day-to-day ways of working
  • designing communication and engagement approaches that built trust
  • working alongside teams to adapt the approach based on real-world challenges

I maintained a strong focus on both the overall direction and the detail — ensuring that change was not just introduced, but could be delivered and sustained in practice.

The impact

  • Improved engagement and stakeholder buy-in
  • Increased adoption of new systems and processes
  • More consistent and sustainable ways of working
  • Greater confidence within teams to deliver change

Turning strategy into something teams can actually deliver

The situation
An organisation had clear strategic priorities but struggled to translate them into delivery. Activity was disconnected, and teams lacked clarity on how their work contributed to overall goals.

What I did
I worked with leadership and delivery teams to turn strategy into a structured, deliverable programme.

This included:

  • defining priorities, outcomes and success measures
  • designing programme structures and governance
  • aligning stakeholders around roles, expectations and delivery approach
  • connecting activity across teams into a single, coherent delivery model

A key part of this was making complex information manageable — helping leaders and teams move from ideas into something structured, tangible and actionable.

The impact

  • Clear translation of strategy into delivery
  • Increased ownership and accountability across teams
  • Reduced duplication and disconnected effort
  • Stronger focus, momentum and confidence in delivery

Building confident, aligned and effective teams

The situation
A team undergoing change lacked clarity around roles, expectations and ways of working. This led to duplication, gaps in delivery and reduced confidence across the group.

What I did
I worked with the team to create clarity, alignment and a more effective operating model.

This included:

  • facilitating structured conversations to surface issues and align expectations
  • clarifying roles, responsibilities and decision-making
  • introducing simple, practical ways of working
  • supporting leaders and team members to build confidence and ownership

The impact

  • Improved clarity and reduced duplication
  • Stronger collaboration and team cohesion
  • Increased confidence and accountability
  • More effective and sustainable delivery
